Innovative solutions offered at our clinic
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Elna gives you access to the most advanced dental treatments and care.
3D imaging enables us to take detailed three-dimensional images of your mouth, teeth, and surrounding bone structure.
They are a reliable and valuable source of information for detecting abnormalities at an early stage or monitoring the effectiveness of an ongoing treatment.
We also use 3D imaging to plan treatments that require a high degree of precision, such as dental implants or oral surgery.
Digital impressions use an intraoral scanner to capture high-quality images of your mouth. These images are then processed and assembled to create an accurate 3D model of your teeth and gums, which we can then use to create custom prostheses, crowns, or veneers.
Not only is this method more comfortable for patients compared to physical molds that use dental paste, but it’s also more precise. What’s more, digital impressions can be sent to a dental lab immediately, which reduces the time spent waiting for treatment to begin.
We use 3Shape, a specialized software that allows us to create a computerized 3D model of the mouth and teeth. Our dentists can virtually adjust the shape, colour, and position of the teeth to reflect the patient’s desired changes, evaluate their feasibility, and determine a treatment plan to achieve their goals.
The specialist can also demonstrate the expected results of different treatment plans, allowing the patient to make a more informed choice. With this approach, dentists can implement more conservative treatments, minimizing the amount of tooth tissue to be removed and preserving as much of the natural tooth structure as possible.
Smile simulation technology enables the dentist to digitally model a patient’s smile almost instantly in order to present different treatment options and demonstrate the expected results.
The dentist can then fabricate a dental model that can be placed directly on the patient’s teeth to simulate the appearance of their desired smile. This allows them to see and feel the effect of these changes on their smile and make adjustments to determine the right treatment.
